Low Interest Rates Got You Down . . .
Want to Boost Your Current Monthly Income?

While low interest rates are great news for those looking to refinance their mortgage, they are a challenge to those persons who depend on interest income to meet living expenses. As rates on certificates of deposit and bonds fall, so does the monthly income of many people, particularly retired persons.

One solution to this problem may be a charitable annuity. A charitable annuity may offer you a higher stream of income, a current income tax deduction, and the opportunity to help your favorite church, TPC. With interest rates so low, now is a good time to consider a charitable annuity.

What is a charitable annuity? A charitable annuity is an irrevocable contract in which a charitable organization (for example, the Presbyterian Church Foundation) agrees to pay you, and/or a loved one, a fixed life income. At the death of the final beneficiary, any remaining proceeds revert to TPC.

Want more information to see if a charitable annuity can boost your current income while ultimately helping others? To request additional information, without obligation, please contact the Church Office at 410-823-6500.
