Youth Ministry

At Towson Presbyterian Church

We believe that faith grows and lives in a myriad of places – on your own, at home within a family, and within a community of faith. Our Youth Ministry encourages all three. Our hope is for teens to have a sense of belonging and connection within the larger community of faith, and know that they are God's beloved.

Confirmation

Bi-Yearly (Grades 8th–9th)

TPC's Confirmation Class is typically held every other year between January and May. In this five-week course, teens explore what it means to be a Christian in the Presbyterian tradition, attend and participate in worship, explore the Gospel of Mark with a mentor, and write a Statement of Faith. After completing the class, they have the option to be Confirmed in their faith in front of the entire congregation.

The next Confirmation Class is scheduled for January 2025.
