We invite you to lift up Haiti and Afghanistan in prayer. As we’ve watched two disasters unfold in these regions, the Mission Committee has approved donations to Presbyterian Disaster Relief in Haiti and Lutheran Immigration & Refugee Services, which helps Afghan refugees with basic needs as they await the official services available to them.
We are pleased to be able to nurture our connection with AmazingGrace Lutheran Church and Still Meadows Community Fellowship. TPC youth have been a huge part of this effort through their work there during our Summer Youth Mission Week. This past week, the Mission Committee approved significant donations to both churches as they seek to serve vulnerable people and communities in Baltimore city during this difficult time.
