(September 20, 2020) Circle 13, one of several women’s groups at Towson Presbyterian Church (TPC), gathered together on the Manse Sunday afternoon for fellowship and study. Every month from September to May, Circle 13 meets to discuss a faith-based book or participate in Bible study. Due to COVID19 restrictions, the group meets on Zoom or outdoors.
